Just to say if you need your grass seed in a hurry I've just had fantastic service from The Grass Seed Store. Ordered Wednesday midday, it arrived Thursday 8.33am. Express delivery is free
They say that anyone can give good service when things go right, it's how they deal with things that go wrong that counts. And it did go wrong Parcelfarce lost one of the three packages that had been loaded on the van from the delivery centre. I emailed The Grass Seed Store to let them know and they rang me back within five minutes and told me that if it didn't turn up by lunchtime on Friday they'd despatch some more seed to be delivered on Saturday. Parcelfarce didn't show, a quick email and the new seed was despatched, which arrived as promised on Saturday via a different courier.
So, as far as I'm concerned that was good old fashioned customer service and I'll be going back to them for any other grass seed requirements in the future.
