Grazes

My Mare grazed her leg 5 weeks ago on the outside of her hock, and although its gone down by half, there is still a scab and the graze! Vet has seen it and isnt concerned and said keep doing what your doing.

I have been putting on sudacreme and betnovate but just want it to go now!
Any ideas what will aid the healing process?? Am supposed to be showing her but i cant in her current state!
