Hello!
Basically I am doing some research into this and was hoping someone on here might be kind enough to point me in the right direction
My friends own a field which they are happy to allow a local farmer to graze livestock on for free - however they are thinking of having an agreement drawn up just to ensure that they can give him notice if they ever want to sell the land, and that there are never any arguments as to who actually owns it.
A grazing agreement / licence seems to be the most suitable option - does anyone have any experience with these either for horses or other animals?
Thank you very much!
