I have a 7 acre grazing field which is located in a country lane near Ashford Kent. The grass quality is good, it has its own water and electricity supply and a large covered secure barn part of which is divided into stabling for 5 horses.
I wish to rent this out but am unsure of how much to charge. Any advice would be greatly appreciated...do I charge per horse? I won't be involved with the horses...it will be diy livery.
Many Thanks in anticipation of your help and opinions.

I'm not sure about charges, if the 'stabling' is in good nick then maybe £250-300 a month??? (I'm basing that purely on the fact that I pay £100 a month for about half of what you are offering but in a cheaper part of the country)

Do try to let it as a whole if you can, its much easier dealing with one person and cuts out a lot of yard arguements

Decide what you want to do about the fencing too whether they are to be responsible for it, ditto the electric bill/water rates, maintenance of the building, maintenance of the pasture etc..
