grazing cost

Hi I have a 6acre field in Gloucestershire with hay store and large field shelter and water it has very good riding, straight out the gate and your on a byway it will easily sustain 5 horses pos 6 how much should I ask for it PCM? any advice thanks

We are in North West, so probably lower prices, but similar was let out for £60/wk - 5 acres with double shelter and small store...

I currently rent a 6 acres field in Gloucestershire with two stables, water, electric and great riding for £220 per month - I have 4 on it but it could take 6.
Do you know if there is a school to hire or are the fields flat enough to ride in as this could up or lower the price?

Where is the grazing you have as I maybe interested or know of someone that would like it?

Around here it would be worth £10 per horse per week, so if you let it for 6 horses, that would be £60 x 4 weeks, therefore around £240 pcm.

However, if there is no stabling and the horses are out 24/7, I would be very wary of putting 5-6 horses on it, as you may spend all your profit trying to recover an over grazed field!
