Grazing for Sheep in/around Wiltshire

Hey guys,
A friend of mine is looking for grazing for sheep in the Wiltshire area and is finding it very difficult. Does anyone have any ideas or know of any land that could be available to him? He's looking for a minimum of 25 acres to rent asap.

Umm, land agents? 25 acres, that would 150 ewes.. he's a proper farmer then... it's a bit late in the year to be securing summer grazing now...

Thanks, I'll pass it on. He's not just looking for summer grazing, he's looking to set up a new flock of about 150+ ewes.

In that case, you need to be looking at retiring farmers perhaps? Renting out land will become a bit more popular I should imagine as the capital gains tax soars upwards, retiring farmers will be a bit reluctant to sell the land off...
