I have seen some grazing land near me for sale that I would be interested in buying I have enquired to see if they would be willing to split the land as I don't need the whole acerage....I rang the estate agents who were going to contact the vendor....Didn't hear anything for a few days so rang the estate agents back and they are unable to get hold of the owner who lives in new zeland....they have promised to get in touch when they do.....
