Any suggestions please? I'm looking for grazing (must have stable or at least a field shelter) or DIY livery around Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire.

Any suggestions welcome and costs too if you know how much it is likely to be.

This is for a new horse who will be joining us in a few weeks time (mare) - so plenty of time to look around. I have somewhere suitable for her to stay in the short term if necessary so thought I would take my time in finding exactly the right place for her.

Can anyone recommend anywhere? Ideally as close to, in not in, Boroughbridge or Aldborough as possible.

There's a DIY livery yard about 5 minutes down the road outside Great Ouseburn - not sure what it's like as I've never been but my landlord keeps his there :)

this is about the only one I can think of at the moment.

There did used to be another one right close to BB but not sure if it's still there as I haven't seen the chap who used to run it in ages - he used to hunt with us at the end of the season when the York South finished, but didn't see him this year.

The GG centre are in that vicinity and have AMAZING facilities for extremely reasonable prices. Had a massive chat with the owner last tome I was schooling there and he said they were thinking of doing a special deal of something like 20/25 pounds full livery this winter!! Def check it out if it's near enough for you!
