Grazing/livery in Peebles/Penicuik area

Hello,

I am looking for grazing (field shelter would be good but not essential) for two ponies. 1 Welsh Sec A gelding 5 YO and 1 Welsh type mare 13 YO.
Would prefer to rent a field privately (ie not livery yard) but any suggestions appreciated.

I am moving to Peebles and will be working in Penicuik so anywhere in or between these two locations.

I know she was talking about renting out her field awhile ago since her horse died earlier this year. The field is probably about two maybe two and half acres on a slight hill which is subdivided in to two - with a fenced off small paddock for good doer. There is a field shelter with a moveable partition so you could create two stables if needed and there is a small area fenced off with hardcore so you could just turn out on that if needed. It is near West Linton.
