Grazing muzzles, anyone tried......

...the 'Dinky' brand ie made for tiny ponies but they now do up to full size?

Are they any good and do they stay put, I like the way they leave the nostrils uncovered?
 
I've used them for a few years now, they are really good as they have lots of padding around the nose.

My pony had hers on for 24/7 without a problem. I would say that they probably get double the amount of grass as they would with a bucket type muzzle. Also I had to replace Millie's every year as she managed too wear it out, I think this was due to the fact we had hardly any grass at the top of the field so she was rubbing it on a dry ground without any grass to protect it.
 
I was looking at those - my pony gets a bit claustrophobic in his - so I cut some of the webbing out at the front (bottom row only) He seems a lot happier

The Dinky ones don't look as robust in the 'over-head straps' department. A bit flimsy and easy to escape from

I wouldn't mind a proper picture so I can decide if to buy one when my Shires one wears out
