Great day to pick up new horse!!!!!

Just thought I'd let you know that we now have Spike in his new home!!

We left at 5 this morning

to miss the traffic and got to him at 7.30. He loaded excellently and we arrived back home at 11. So not a bad run really as we had a 200 mile round trip.
He is such a sweetie and we have a real soft spot for him already. He gets very worried about very little but I'm sure once he gets to know us he'll be fine.
We have already learnt that he loves to roll...... his lovely new bed was trashed when we left tonight

He seems quite settled already, he has just been wormed (he wasn't easy) so will now be in for 24 hours ( not such a bad thing in this weather).
Will take some more piccies in the week and keep you all updated.
Any opinions on conformation much appreciated

He is actually for my OH for XC and hunting but all going well I may steal him for some dressage and SJing!!!
