Well apart from it being beautiful and sunny today, I had a fantastic jumping lesson.
Its only the third time my horse has seen a jump since last august (lots of silly niggly issues throughout the autumn and winter which meant time off or concentrating on flatwork) and we managed to jump a 95cm-1m course very nicely (if i do say so myself).
I entered Bicton BE90 (which is in 3 weeks time) as a bit of a kick up the bum, in the hope we would get there, but no pressure if we weren't ready. Well after today I can't wait! Watch this space for a (hopefully successful) event report.
Bit of a pointless post really, but always nice to share when things are going well! Anyone else have an enjoyable day with their four legged friend?
