It was SUCH a good outing for us both - gave me such a confidence boost, as she was so brilliantly behaved!! Didn't care about the size of the jumps...just the way she handled everything was so amazing!!! I was infront of our group and we had a canter...so lovely and controlled!! Unfortunately one of the horses pulled up hopping lame, so he had to go back, so me and my friend just carried on ourselves. Had the most wonderful time, popped the little ones although we did not go higher than the the sharks teeth and large tyres, which she did not even scrape.

Just kept everything happy and relaxed, lots of long reins and big pats - both of us were calmer this time, and it showed!! Her being in a snaffle helped hugely as well - had less brakes, but felt safer as she wasn't scared of the contact.
Had a lovely, completely uncontrollable gallop ALL the way across the large field, which was...interesting!!! Well, I can laugh about it now so it can't have been too loopy!

All the way through...not a single jog!!!
Unfortunately photo crew were injured and could not keep up, so didn't get any photos!

It's super, cos it isn't so much a course, but there are just jumps everywhere!! She is 6yo, and has never done anything like this before in a controlled environment, and over such scary fences, but she was LOVELY

Sounds like you had a fun day, agree its a good place to go but last time i got thrown of my horse, knockin me out and giving me concussion! what was worse it was apparently over a tiny log!!

Shame about your lack of photographers would have been nice to see pictures

Yes, bit dissapointed lol, but we are only half an hr away, so will be another time!! OOOOH and our yard xc course is opening soon
