The only mention I've seen is that cyclists have priority over horses, recipe for disaster!

I didn't realise road cyclists HAD common sense.
(Slightly tongue in cheek response but honestly I have found that the polite considerate ones are the exception to the rule. Generally the skinner the tyres, the more arrogant and inconsiderate they are. Certainly round here anyway. I really should invest in a hatcam)

? well... they seem to think overtaking quickly and silently is much safer than slowing down and making themselves known.
there’s a few horsey cyclists on here who will know the score but we don’t seem to have them in our neck of the woods!
get a hat cam and you can get hi viz that says you are recording.
