Well took W to Greenlands on Sunday. I had been told that the ground had been watered all week, but it was still rockhard when we got there and the warm up was even worse

So in British Novice we had a couple down in the Jump off, so was a bit disapointed with him as i really felt he could have tried harder - here's some pics:

Then Disc, we has one down in the jump off which was totally my fault

The ground is really up & down in the grass field and i flattened him over an upright

But on the upside it was his first Disc jump off and it felt easy for him. I think he's starting to grow up

Lovely horse! I'm having trouble with my jumping position full stop at the moment, your photos look good!

I went to Greenlands last wednesday to school over the showjumps and ditches cross country, the waterers had been on but seemingly left in the same place for hours as most of it was rock hard and then there was patches with water laying on the top! It's a shame because it could be great there.

Well done, he is looking great and has a huge jump. You should go far.

You probably would've gone clear if the ground was upto standard so don't beat yourself up.
