Greenmoor Stud formerly Richmond stables?

Have seen lots of horses for sale on horsemart from this dealer and wondered if anyone had any thoughts on them? I think they were previously called Richmond Stables?

Any info appreciated as a friend is thinking of buying a horse off them

I went down to see one of their horses. It seemed allright. Nice place and well kept I thought. It wasn't suitable in the end but I would buy from them, and they seemed honest enough (although they all do!)

I think you just have to keep your eyes open when buying a horse from anyone, but like I say they seemed allright to me!

One of my friends went to try a horse there - she left a deposit which she still hasn't received back. When she went the following week to have the horse vetted it was no longer there! They offered her another horse but it wasn't suitable. Her YM went with her + said none of the staff seemed to know anything about the horses for sale, or contradicted each other. The horses seemed in reasonable condition, but she just felt there were inconsistencies about the place.
