Umm, after a mix up with the postcode, assumed between the dealer and the transporter. Greenvale office called my friend and asked for more money. The horse that was in transit at this point and the driver out of driving hours. Horse was finally delivered by a third party at 7pm rather than 10am. Greenvale admitted it was not professional but felt they had no choice, as they were out of pocket.
