Grippy but soft girth?

I've always had Thorogood girths - not sure if I've got the GP or the cob girth but always been comfortable and easy to clean.

We find stubben treviras soft but grippy & have a 22" one for our dressage saddle http://www.equestrian.com/p/girths/stubben-trevira-breathable-cord-girth/trevira/

but the buckles sit against the skin!?

I second neoprene banana girths as a good option. Grippy but comfortable and not too expensive either (got mine from Equine Whispers). incidentally if your saddle is slipping then either it or you are not balanced. Might be worth getting it checked

I really like my pro choice one. It has *touchwood* never rubbed despite me being less than attentive in keeping it beautifully clean (tbh it never does get that dirty as stuff doesn't seem to stick to it)... Only issue is it only came in black when I bought it and my tack is brown! I understand the ventech one now comes in brown though
