Groom help needed for Eland please?

Sis is competing at local riding club show on the Sunday so that leaves me on my own for the BE90 on the Sunday at Eland! Eep I'm now old and decrepid at the age of 40 so would love it if there was anyone willing to come and groom for me, and to give me a big kick up the backside if I have a confidence wobble :p
If there is anyone willing to help you will be well appreciated and fed and watered very well :)

Bump - I am nowhere near but it is nice to have support!
 
Hiya, I should be able to help out. I was going to watch my friend anyway. I haven't ever been brave enough to post in here but am a serial lurker!

I will pm you my telephone number, I only live in Derby so not far away at all.

I have evented myself previously and groomed many times. Am fairly proficient on the encouragement side of things too!

Never done Eland Lodge but thinking of entering it in July, live near Shrewsbury so does any one know what the journey would be like? I think its the A38 which is duel carriageway?
 
Im usually working Sundays, but am only 15 mins from eland - PM if you need added assistance and your times and I'll do my damdest! Im a DR and driving groom, but Im sure I can still put studs in! xx
 
Sounds like you will have an entourage of grooms!

Mrs M...I think you know me/I know you, I had a 16.2 grey horse called Mickey at a yard in Denby end of 2009? Your daughters were rather fond of him! :D
 
Yes that's the one!

All went well until he bucked me off and I tore both cartilage and ruptured my ACL - been off games for 17 months! Just started riding again (Mickey went back to his owner -I have a new horse now)

Rosehip thank you so much for the lovely offer, I think I'll be ok now, but once again thanks for the offer :D how come you have to work Sundays?
 
I know I most likely will not be there but for those helping rest assured I will still do my usual catering and send it along with sis for all to enjoy lol xx
