Brilliant for the cat and short-haired double-coated dog - useless on the long-haired dog and the horse hated it - his summer coat is way too fine and it was scratching his skin.

Thanks, was actually thinking of it more for the Malamute than the pony (she needs her coat as is out 24/7 all year and some years doesn't even get a rug on lol)

I have an easigroomer, albeit I think they are now eazigroomer or something which I think is essentially hacksaw blade in some comfortable wood. Love them for the ponies but can't help for the malamute!
