if she is clipped you could hot cloth her (literally use warm water from a kettle or hot tap mixed with cold and get a cloth damp, ring it out and wipe it over her)? Its what i do for my grey who is always filthy before taking him out! Gets rid of the dust and helps with the poo stains a lot! I then just put a fleece on him to dry him off after - he doesnt get cold as it takes hardly any water

bucket of very hot water (almost so hot you can't get your hand in it), add a cap full of dettol.

take a clean cloth, dunk in bucket, and then wring out thoroughly. wipe all over horsey.

marvel at the amount of cr@p that has come out on the cloth.

repeat until horse is sparkley clean. put fleecey rug on and leave to finish drying.

if the water is hot enough the coat will be basically dry by the time you've finished.
