Ground work advice needed

I've decided to go back to basics with the naughty napping stupid one, will give him another go before deciding that i'm not able to do it myself.
I'm going to do the whole groundwork thing with him, long line make him move with me etc but was wondering if anyone knows of good books, websites or anything else that i can get my hands on as friends etc can only tell you so much!
I've looked at Michael Peace's website but doesn't go into too much as i think he would rather arrange to come to sort you out.

Any ideas would be great!

Kelly Marks - Perfect Manners. I got it for my birthday and it goes right back to basics and is very good at orrecting the kinks in behaviour. Worked for me.
