Ground work ideas please!

Following on from my previous post about not being able to ride during the winter... I was wondering if people could give me some ideas of things to do on the ground with my horse. She dosn't know how to lunge, so that is something we can work on, but what about more fun things or confidence building things (for both her and me!).

Any help/advice/suggestions welcome, although please bare in mind that activities will be done on a very muddy patch of ground in front of my stables by the light of a PIR spot light!!

ive just started clicker training, that doesnt require much space when you first start out!

Bomb proofing...getting her to walk over tarpaulins, through balls. If the area is enclosed some horses, well mine anyway, like splaying chase with the ball

the most simplest an most rewarding thing you could do with your horse if you cant ride.... is go for a walk with her. lead her out. have some one to one time... or teach your horse to lunge....it doesnt relly matter what it is you do, just as long as you enjoy it together. x
