Group on facebook about making drivers more aware of horses on the roads

As it says in the title, I know some of you don't like facebook but it has it's uses.It's a discussion (open) group, so go along and have a say. It is quite interesting.

I am going to bump this (although haven't seen the site yet) because I even have good friends who don't think about life from the horses point of view when they get behind their car wheels.

So this might just give them the hint that if they come to close/fast/noisyly up behind me on my horse, I may just cross them off my Christmas Card List!!

If it can consolate you, drivers are even worse in France!
When I was in England, I realy enjoyed to see that drivers seemed to know... what horses are!

I think I'd prefer a title like 'Help make drivers more aware on the roads'....as the 'Make drivers....'...is going to be like a red rag to a bull for some people!

Works both ways. Some riders don't help the situation.

lol, yes you are probably right but it doesn't matter how they word it, it will always upset someone!!
