Can anyone help. I have a 20 month old thoroughbred\Dutchwarm blood filly standing at 14.3 hands what height is she going to finish at both parents are 16 hands is she going to make their height. Many thanks

I would have thought so. I'm no expert but 5inches in the next few years will be makeable (If you see what I mean). My mare shot up 2 inches when I bought her and she was 4!

Not sure if this helps exactly, but My TBx DWB is rising 4, standing at 16.1 1/2 HH, mother 16.1hh, father 16hh. I would imagine your filly would certinly make their height, esp with good care, proper diet etc..

When I bought my gelding at 16 months old he was about 14.3hh, seven months later he is 15.3hh and he still has a fair bit more growing to do.

Hi there, my 19 month gelding who is 3/4 dutch WB/TB is 15.2 at withers 15.3.5 at bum. His dam was 16.2 sire 16.3. I think the spring grass will make them shoot up.
