Growth rate of a cob

I have a cob who is 2 and currently 13hands. His a rescue so I don't know mum and dads heights, what do you think his full up height will be? Thank you

Impossible to answer your question sadly, as without info on parentage it is a guess. You could try the string test to give you a rough idea.
