saw a grazing muzzle on the Robinsons website I wanted (the comfort one with padding) so rang up and reserved one, and picked it up earlier.

Took it out the packet and realised it wasnt the same as the one on the website (no padding) so went back in a pointed this out. They said that was the only comfort muzzle they sell so it must be the same one.

Have come home, checked the website again and its totally different! Not impressed but really cant be bothered driving all the way back again, so guess I'm stuck with it :P
 
Actually as an after thought write a letter to the manager with a photo of yours and a picture of the one its ment to be- you may get a voucher
 
Ive emailed them - the picture on the website is the purple westgate comfort muzzle, the one they have sold me is a purple shires nylon muzzle

As they only sell one type of muzzle in this style, they have obviously got the wrong pic on the website, very naughty.
 
I'd send it back to them & have a refund. There are plenty of other tack shops around to buy from, why settle for something you don't want?
