So, I'm having the debate on what to do with my saddle collection. Having retired the oldster earlier in the year, I decided to keep her lovely wide Humphries & Swain GP with the thought that one day I'll be able to persuade OH to get something with a leg at each corner and have some fun again.
Youngster really doesn't fit the H&S holistic dressage saddle which the middle one I sold one loved - looks like an expensive purchase is 'on the cards for a new semi-flex or similar. Still debating whether it's worth selling it - never seem to be worth what you want and you never know I might need it again.
And now having been fired out the side door of my fab close contact jump saddle on Sunday (fits this one ok with a Korrector airbag underneath) I think I need something with a trad bucket seat & big knee rolls to help me keep up with the over-jumping & lack of steering of boingy mare.
So unless I sell something I end up with 5 saddles & one horse in action!!! Did someone mention that horses were put on this earth to keep us poor?
