Grrr....been sent the wrong size! What to do...

I ordered a rug off a fairly popular website the other day. Picked it up yesterday and they've sent me a 5'9" instead of a 6' rug

I've emailed them and had no response, have been trying to ring all morning and no answer and now I don't know what to do! There is a facility on the website for returns, but nowhere to specify a different address, which I need to do, and no way of finding out if they actually have the 6' one in stock! What do I do???

the same happened to me a while ago.... i got worried cos i couldnt get through to them for agesssss then eventually (after hours of calling) they picked up... they sent a new rug and picked the old one up when they dropped the new one off! keep trying?? not much help sorry

I got a wrong size in some over reach boots, and a top, although the top was my own fault. I'm just sending them back as I doubt P&P for boots is much, and I deserve it for the top.

Ahhh - panic over

I've had an email from them to say they will collect it on Monday. OH is at home then so it's ok - only problem is I have to confess I've been shopping
