my previous pony was like that never got the right canter lead on left rein - the only times she ever did was if i really leaned back - i know it sound silly but i tried everything, her head turned out - my head turned out - her head turned in ect.ect ect.
give it a try it might help

I had this problem with my 4 yr old. My instructor told me to do the following. I though there was no way it would wok, but it did. I had my body possioned fo the bend to the inside of the circle, she said to twist my plevis/hips to the outside of the circle instead of the inside. No idea why it works but it did for my mare.

I would first of all ditto getting tilted pelvis sorted, but back lady should`ve done this if she is chiro/osteo.
But having that all sorted, I have read so many times about looking over your opposite shoulder, which drops your weight into inside seatbone and its supposed to work. Good luck with this.

If you still have a problem put a small jump up in the corner and if necessary raise the inside slightly so she has to land with outside fore ,then she will be on the correct leg.She may have got into the habit if it was easier for her
