Grrr Insurance companies

As some of you know I have been trying to get insurance for Ollie, well on the 7th it was referred to the underwriters! I hadn't heard anything so logged back into the account and it has been unreffered with no correspondence from SEIB!!
I have now lost 14days on the policy and have to sign up to the new quote since the refferal and wait another 14days until it goes through again and I can claim!!

Sorry to have a rant but I am well peed off

Sorry I am a little confused by your post - is this for a new policy? If so how come you want to make a claim already?

Yes it is a new policy, what I mean is my horse that I thought had been insured for 14days after being told he was when the policy went to the underwriters, hasn't. I have to start it all again

I don't need to claim and all I can say, is it is a good job too!!
