A bit miffed, placed my first order with Premier Equine on 31/12 after I heard about their sale.

I appreciate that the website said 7-14 days for delivery. Today I gave them a quick call just to politely ask if the order had been dispatched yet ( I do appreciate it is not quite 14 days yet)

Lady told me that they have no stock till friday, and I should receive it the following tuesday.

Thats 19 days

Perhaps stock has had a problem getting through because of the weather??

I've only ever had next day delivery from them.
 
I got my Premier Equine delivery this morning, so it has taken about 10 days, but as it said 7 - 14 days on the website i wasn't expecting next day delivery. When I have used them in the past they have always been very quick at despatch and delivery of items!!!!!!!!!

Ditto this^^ also not just weather conditions you also ordered on new years eve and they were probably on holiday so they would of counted from the day they got back to work which probably was about the 5th jan ish.

^^ I totally agree. They do do their very best.

I ordered a stable rug last week and received a 24 hour turnaround which I was extremely grateful for.

Think it helps that I work near 2 motorways so courier network is 2nd to none around here too.

Thumbs up to Premier Equine.... they are worth the wait.

they've always delivered really fast to me before, so im sure the delay is just due to the weather conditions
 
Ditto everyone else probs delays due to weather.. and deffo worth the wait...

I think evrywhere is short on stock..I went for feed on the weekend and half the stuff I needed was out of stock

Always found them good in the past however FROGPOOL argh took 142 from my account 1/10/09 and still waiting for over 1/2 the order, numerous emails and phone calls, now trying to blame the weather........what since 1/10

Gee, a little tolerance wouldn't go amiss, no doubt they had big orders placed, what with the cold weather and the sale, and then delays due to the weather. A few bank holidays thrown in too.
 
I ordered my winter buster by phone on friday and it arrived today. I explained that I have a cold TB, dropping weight and the lovely lady on the phone put a rush on for me.
The rug itself is absolutely phenomenal - the quality is fantastic!

Maybe they just had run out of the size and weight rug that you wanted.

I had my usual fantastic service from them - 36 hours from order to delivery, despite the snow!
 
I ordered a 7 foot 200g + 300g rug on 31.12.09 and they arrived 4.1.10!

As Im addicted to rugs I ordered a 6'6 and 7 foot 450g on 5.1.09 and have not yet recieved them

Worth the weight though!
