ab's absese is clearing up well, but now her back leg has swollen up!!! she has an old wound on the bottom of her pastern and it has done this before, she had to be put on antibiotics etc .had vet up numberous times!! they think the wound is healing well and theres nothing wrong

even tho there is always a small amount of swelling

phoned vet was told to cold hose it and see how she is in the morning

i try so hard to look after my horses and treat them like princesses, why do they have to repay me like this

aww my friend is just like you with her horse constantly having absesses/losing shoes/going lame etc...

Keep being positive though- I'm sure they'll repay you with an outstanding dressage/jumping round sometime!

when she can be ridden shes amazing and i am totally safe and confident on her, i'm meant to be doing a ride with her in a few weeks and farrier says her feet will be fine by then

but this back leg is a worry when it swells, cold hosing took it down again tho. so finges crossed
