Grrrr...money-grabbing websites!!

Grrr...spent most of the night on the web searching for pug puppy as have decided to really go for it (see earlier post!) and registered with epupz because some in hants(not too far to go and look really pretty). Says it's all free etc etc...then when I get registration email thru', go to website...and guess what, suddenly you have to pay £6.99 to look at any ad under 7 days old and ..guess what...suddenly all ads(nearly) are under 7 days. I baulk at paying just to LOOK!!! What a con!!

Always been this way, they dont charge advertisers so i guess have to make there money somewhere.

Doesn't happen with any of the horse websites, though, does it? And why not tell me up front? I don't want yet another outfit having all my details, spamming me etc!!!

Apricotfox if your looking for a pup why not go through champdogs, you have more chance of getting a good pup from health tested parents

Thank you...very helpful..tho' have to admit I have already spent hours surfing and visited every site with a pug on it from here to raratonga!..including this one!
I have had a tip off from a pc mum that our butcher's french wife knows THE best breeder in Devon...so you never know!
