Or stupid stupid Caffrey horse to be precise!
Badger and Caffrey have been good pals since I got Badger over 6 years ago, always gone out together and been fine... up until last night that is!!
Not sure what they'd been doing but think all the mares around is a bit much for Caffrey so he decided to completely batter poor Badger!! When mum went to bring them in in the morning Badger was acting all traumatised and had a load of chunks out of his shoulder/neck/back.
Anyway was going to take him a little ride tonight but he was not sound. I'm hoping he's just a bit sore from where he's been bitten on his shoulder and it's nothing too sinister, it's not his check ligament leg so it's not that starting up again thank god!
Also mum thought Caffrey looked stiff this morning as well - why are they so stupid!!!
Everything seems to be going wrong now we are on a yard!
