GRRRRR not horsey but poor mum!!!

Grr, I am fizzing mad. I ordered plants and a mothers Day card from Moonpig, paid 9.60 extra to ensure special delivery today-- and it hasn't come!!!
My mum lives at the other end of the country and I don't see her often. Left it til 8.30pm to call her and blether, but nothing arrived. Good old Mum as usual says it doesn't matter but it does to me...
And off course theres no one at moonpig to complain to at this time.
Got a good mind to ask for a full refund
 
I would imagine it'd be sent my courier to arrive on the special day.

Go ahead and demamd that refund! They shouldn't advertise as being able to do it if they can't come through.

I bet your phone call meant more than the plants and card anyway :)

Quick update, I have just spent 20 minutes on hold to Moonpig to try ad speak to someone, still no response. I have been checking the reviews and it seems I'm not alone, loads of disappointed Mums. Have checked the yodel delivery tracking and parcel hasn't even left Hatfield for 2 days.....

That right there is your answer, Yodel are notoriously crap and I won't buy from anyone who uses them (if I realise in time!). Doesn't help you now but worth bearing in mind in the future. I hope you're able to get a refund.

Agreed! have had nothing but trouble with Yodel on multiple occasions, it's why I stopped using Robinsons as that's who they were sending parcels out to me by.
