Grrrrrrr Robinsons beeping chatline!!!!

Is anyone else completely unable to order from Robinsons because of their beeping chatline? My order keeps getting stuck with "transferring data from Chat..." messages at the bottom of the screen.

I've tried emailing them about it but they aren't interested. They must be losing ££££££££'s of orders, because if it wasn't for the fact that the jods I want are Robbie's own and no-one else sells anything like them, I'd just buy from somewhere else even if it cost more.
