We have John Madjeski living literally 5 mins down the road from us and im desperately trying to persuade my friend who is tall, leggy and blond to 'make his acquintance' and persuade him to let us have his totally wasted vacant yard. Shes not going for it tho.

I was going to have a go myself cos he used to go out with Cilla Black and I dont think I look that bad (ooh sorry Cilla
) but with my cold and sore, bright red nose I dont think he will go for it.
The yard is lovely as well with I think 4/5 stables, a barn, post and rail fencing and there used to be a school. I hate how our yard is getting lately but as I live virtually on site its going to take a lot to persuade me to move - BUT IF Mr. M. would let us have his yard ........
I think we will have to continue to dream KatB!!
