Can any one shed any light on why my Mums horse is so grumpy!?
We moved him to the new yard about 2 weeks ago and he is alsways in a bad mood and we are hoping its not thats he's unhappy at the new yard.
When Mum is grooming him on his back legs and inbetween his front legs, he gets really vicious and even went to bite her last night. Also the new yard is in a barn and as Max is so huge, when tied up outside his stable and another walks behind him he kicks out, and he's not don that before! He kicked out late the other night and very nearly got me!
Its making my Mum very unhappy and not very confident handleing him. He is fine in the field and plays all day with the youngster, but in his stable he just pulls faces all the time.
Please help, we've got enough grumpy men in our lives at the moment without having another one!!
