GS with Cushions Disease

Can anybody help. My dad's dog has got tablets prescribed by the vet to control his weeing but is there anything else that anybody knows of that can help the condition.

Herbal or otherwise? Thank You.

Cushings disease is a hormonal disorder(the same as in horses)where to much cortisol is produced.it can have a number of different cause's.

The tablets that the vet gave you should be enough to help manage the condition.
Do you know what the tablets are called,or whats the ingredient in them?
there are a few different treatments depending on the cause of the cushings so you should find out what the tablet are before giving any extra herbal treatments etc just in case there is a drug interaction.
(though the chances of an interaction are very small)

Personally I would consult a homeopathic vet and take their advice on dietary control and supporting alternative medicine, have not used this one but it sounds quite good and they do disitance consultations if you don't live nearby
