my dressage was at 1.30 , i was pleased with my test when i came out and didnt think that she could have gone a lot better atm.

then i had a 3 hr wait before the SJ so i changed my flaps on my saddle and walked the course, halfway round it absolutely pured down and i was soaked through :twisted: :lol: so we went back to the lorry and waited and it poured down until we left at 5!
i decided not to do anymore after the dressage, despite leading the section on 31.9 as it was slippy; i only had a back stud in each foot and the rain hadnt washed in it was just sitting on top.
Really disapointed as i really needed to do a ODE before MK next weekend and i havent gone xc since April, so a little worried although she is a xc machine!!

Never mind, blooming weather, may be worth having more stud holes put in then?! Well done on the dressage though!

yeh i think i will, the farrier is coming on weds, but i have had no need so far this year as i havent gotten anywhere

i was in 2 minds whether to do it but then i thought well if somethng happens this weekend its only going to knock both our confidence next week, and she especially doesnt need that in the sj whch has been a weak point but has recently improved

Well done on the dressage. Sensible decision no point have problems because you are slipping. Well done.
