Guess the breed???

Hiya. Just wondering what everyone's guesses are for this little mare.
She was sold as a scruffy little pony. Sold originally as Standard Shetland, went to view and said straight away she wasn't.
Guesses are Section A cross Shettie or Section B cross???

Any another suggestions and guesses. She's 11.3hh
