It was my 24th Birthday yesterday, and my parents have bought me a wood burner for the lounge as we are in the process of doing up our house. However, we went for dinner last night and my Dad handed me an envelope... and in it was:

Wow, happy birthday for yesterday and congratulations on you amazing present. Grace is lovely. Wishing you lots of luck with her. Becca x

Thanks everyone... I still can't believe it!

Troy is doing really well and is turning into a real character. He is an angel to get to and from the field, and I am just starting to halter train him, so this morning he went out with a rope around his halter (so I could let go if need be). He had a few strops (ie. bucking when he was told to do something) but in the end I won and he stood as good as gold while I closed the gate.

Wow, that's brill. You are obviously a very thoughtful, caring owner judging by your previous posts and you deserve this lovely pressie. That brought a tear to my eye too and I don't even know you!! The same thing happened to a girl on our yard - her dad bought her loan horse for her birthday - and I got really emotional

Good Luck with your horses.

I genuinely did not expect anything because they have sorted out our gorgeous little wood burner... I was completely speechless (big thing for me) and just burst into tears!

What a lovely surprise - well done Daddy!

When I was younger I always wanted a surprise pony but decided that the drawback of not choosing would outway the lovliness of the surprise but this way is perfect!

Bugger - was supposed to have a non emotional day today - but here I go again.

That is just bloomin fantastic.

What a wonderful, wonderful dad.

Many congratulations - AGAIN.

B xx

What a brilliant present and what supportive parents you have, must be lovely.

No need to say I hope you had a lovely birthday but I will anyway!

All the best with your three lovely horses, you deserve them!
