He looks very sweet and full of character, love how he is trying his best to help you ;)
I think that once you have the full set of checks you were planning, he could be a little bargain superstar!!
:D

Oh brilliant that's so nice that you got him! I saw the other thread and never got round to saying he had a lovely look about him. I hope you get on really well together

I seen your other thread but didn't comment, i really like him even though he looks a git :D
He looks like he has his own mind :) and your riding style looks perfect fir him am sure he will turn into a super horse :)

hes soo scrumy! im a sucker for greys!

Haha, I know! I literally melt everytime I go and see him! Havent quite got used to the fact that he's mine :D

He is lovely - didn't see the other thread but he looks like a super little lad. Name/age/height etc? :)

His weatherbys name is White Smoke, smokey at home, hes just turned 6, and is 15.3hh. Hes had a slow start to life, so things will be done carefully with him [=

I watched your other thread with interest and did have a giggle at some of the remarks....."donkey"...... crap legs, over knees, over bodies etc, you just didn't give a damn!

Well done for having your own mind, he has a lovely face and to be honest am not one to find faults, if its not broke, don't fix it!!... ppl get so hung up on angles of shoulders and such, amazing how some world class horses are unique!

Enjoy him! xx

Never got round to commenting on the other thread, but I'm glad you bought him.

He looks lovely, a little bit of a handful but your such a lovely quiet rider I'm sure you will get the best out of him.

Good luck and keep us updated :) x

congratulations !!! he is gorgeous ! dont listen to those who criticise - I didnt show anyone pics of Dex when I bought him as I knew everyone would say - dont do it !! - he looked like an ancient cow and was advertised as very quite family friend ! hahah, pulls like a tank, jumps huge and is anything but quiet ! and I wouldnt change him for the world.

HAVE FUN X

I also read your other thread and watched the vid. Can only echo others, you rode him so very welll and I am sure it is the start of a great partnership. I don't know why but I have a good feeling about him (clearly you do too since he's home with you and looks settled right in).

All the very best of luck with him. I've got an ex racer too and for my first tb I think i've got lucky. Not perfect but I love mine to pieces. Mine was bought with no vetting (OH got him as a surprise and doesn't know about all that sort of thing bless him). I'm just over a month in so far so good. x

He really is the spit of my girl. We'll have to get together for pairs!

Good luck to the pair of you, here is to many happy years together :D

Ohh so glad you're keeping us updated! :)
Bless him, he looks a sweet yet cheeky thing, just what I like! I wish you the best of luck with him, and hope you two enjoy eachother!

Read your other thread and watched your video, you are a very good and sympathetic rider.

Well done on the purchase of your new lad and much happiness, please post regular updates and photo's I am sure I am not alone in being interested in your progress.

Success :D:D

Congratulations I did read your other thread & he looks a nice friendly sort. I dont know all the technical stuff about horses but am sure if I was paraded I would fail on most human correct conformation/perfection too! And completely mental to boot. But I did alright!

Good luck, lucky horse.

I wish you really good luck with him, he looks lovely and you look like you have the ability to cope with him and bring him on, another vote for updates and piccies of your progress together.

Saw your other thread and thought you handled him very sympathetically. Good luck with him, I'm sure with a bit of work he'll turn out good!
