Guess who just chased a horse down the street in their boxer shorts

Was in the shower, and the dogs started barking like mad (our dogs do not bark), so I jumped out in enough time to see the horse trotting away. I put on my shorts, grab a haeadcollar and took chase. He only got down a couple houses, but when the door came crashing down it probably scared him senseless, and as I approached he bolted again.

I got infront of him, and slowly pushed him back towards our house, and into the barn -

We got lucky - nothing scares me more than loose horses on the road. It is July 4th, so the thought of a family driving down and finding him.

I just wonder what the neighbors thought!

OMG!!! I would have died laughing watching that! Its a bit like the time I went running up the road after my terrier in my knickers muckers and a dressing gown....which blew open at just the wrong effing time!!!

That brings back memories of me trying to catch my dark bay/black mare who had escaped onto a main road at 1.30 in the morning! I gave chase while in my pyjamas and 8 and a half months pregnant - NOT a pretty sight I can assure you!

Oh to be a fly on the wall! Glad the horse is back home safe and sound now though!
