Guide Horses Not Guide Dogs

I saw an Amercian guy on tv who had a mini as a guide, they both seemed fairly happy though I just can't see it being as effective as a dog.

there was a famous one i think it was called panda? went in the car and everything i personally think that dogs are better due to horses being flight or fight animals

its no wind up, but only in america, they even have trainers as in shoes for them so they dont wear their hooves out!!

A young girl has a guide shetland in England, and he walks along by her wheel chair. I saw somewhere cant remember where though. but how can a shetland be trained to the extent a dog can?!?!? its quite cool though.
