Please don't use D to D https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=1549780325329162&set=pb.100008916286978.-2207520000..&type=3 or any other measurement for width. Some European saddles use cm, the length between the tree points but once the tree is in a saddle you can't measure it, and because of tree point length one tree of 30cm might be a different width (angle) to another, so even those aren't reliable.

You'll see the photo here that could be used to work out width, that angle of that photo isn't right https://stephaniebloomsaddlefitter.co.uk/blog-and-resources/tips-for-selling-a-used-saddle

I'm as sure as I can be (I don't fit them) that that particular saddle is earlier than the changeable headplate saddles, I'd say it's a TG Griffin, but could be wrong.
That’s fair..so only way I’d know is if I tried it on?

I was going for a thorowgood as that’s what the saddler advised but he doesn’t know when he will be able to come this far (saddlers are no where near me) said he knows they coming this way in September but defo want one before that!
And trying to get a trial saddle off saddle ireland but everything takes so long ?
Just wanted a cheap temporary saddle but understands fit is very important

There are lots of TG models, you need to know which one, which seat size, which width etc.
