Gullet widths on saddles

Does anyone know which saddle manufacturers have a decent gullet width down the length of the saddle? (eg the gap between the panels the whole way down, not the angle of the tree/width fitting at the front).

Just tried a couple of Jeffries saddles (I'm looking for a jump or forward cut GP) which came up disappointingly narrow and close to my horse's spine (chunky 16.2hh TB). I know a lot of the close contact saddles are also very narrow (Devoucoux, some Stubben etc). Tried a Vega which was OK but not a great fit on the horse. I'd need a width of at least 3 fingers, better if it goes up to 4.

Unfortunately when you're browsing online for them it's impossible to tell and I've tried all the second hand saddles of the right size that I can get my hands on at the moment! (Can't find one that suits us both).

Balance International provide a whole saddling system which is underpinned by a glorious wide gullet

Alternatively Frank Baines (who made Balance in the early days) always gives plenty of gullet width in his saddles and Ideal have some decent ones too

I've been looking at Wow but can't stretch to a new one and I haven't been able to find one second hand as yet.

I'll certainly take a look at the others though. Thanks for the help.
