Also in Stolen, but I just want to post again as so gutted. My tack inc my lovely Stubben bridle has been stolen. I have no saddle now. If you are in the Leicestershire/Northants area, take your tack home.

Poor you. Unfortunately I know the feeling too well (about 4 times). I have a photo of me out jumping in a real hodge podge of tack, not even the bridle prices matched.

people in the area need to watch for a white transit van which has been seen at yards previously to thefts.
It's not just tack they're taking, it's vehicles too (landrovers specifically, two stolen in broad daylight in the last week from the northants/ leics border). My father saw a white transit van exiting the farm the day before their landrover was stolen.
I'm in leicestershire and am getting funny looks going on the bus with my tack on my arm...
It may be worth visisting the melton sales in the next few months and keeping a watch on ebay...

Aw, thats terrible! I have an old Stubben bridle that would need a damn good oiling if you need to borrow it (was my old boys bridle, PTS last year

). Let me know as I'm quite far away but there is always the post.....well, when they're not on strike.

Thank you everyone for your kind words and offers for lending me tack I really wasn't expecting that. The worlds not such a bad place after all. My friend is having an equine table top sale tomorrow, so hoping to get some second hand things for there. My boy is a coblet and is a x wide saddle. I am sure my boy wont mind being lunged while I sort his tack out, how ever long it takes. Its just really upsetting isn't it. My Stubben bridle was a present from my dad for my ever and only first rosette. (took me many years to get that) so very gutted about having it stolen.

Thanks again everyone x
