is English your second language?

WOW

you call yourself a Mrs but no english lady obviously

Sorry folks I really am not offended by someone so rude and will not respond to any posts or pms that this person has kindly sent me in the past or any posts where sympathy is required.

Anyhow back to my awful viewing I am gutted!

Thank goodness you found out now rather than few weeks after taking delivery & being smitten. Well done for doing such a good job at being a purchaser. The salt lick will keep for when you do find your perfect partner. Chin up, you still have your money & there are new horses coming up for sale all the time.

And what if it were? Dont be racist. Disgraceful comment. You're either very bitchy or simply very ignorant. Neither are nice.

OP: I'm gutted for you. I know what it's like. It's so disheartening horse-hunting. But thank goodness you discovered his little foibles BEFORE parting with your money and bringing him home. Fingers crossed for better luck next time :)

Sorry, ' I always help out the Big Issue seller who has left a poor country to find himself homeless in UK, but it is rather obvious that the the OP is from the UK [as I am], just does not use English in the way wat it was designed to be done, I can't understand what the problem is, or where she is coming from.
When all else fails: "its a troll"

Get a life . . . and some manners. You'll find they go a long way in life,

P

Here we go again :( some one writes or says some thing that some people disagree with, and the TROLL word gets thrown in.

Op I found your post difficult to read, re read it and understood, do sorry that it turned out not the way you wanted, but better to find out now than when money had actually left you, good luck x

Absolutely glad I found out today that he was not the horse for me.

Before it threw me it was not the same ride I had the other day. There were a lot more people around and horses were out and about etc. After I fell off the owner said he was extra fizzy than normal. But they were very nice people and I am sure he will find a good home with someone prepared to put some work in on him. He was still quite green etc to be fair.

I am enjoying my riding lessons each week with the nice instructors.....I think my pride was more dented when I fell off & am probably going to have a sore hip/shoulder and thank goodness had a hat on too. Today I got all the electric fence out so he could be kept with my old boy but not to be....!But am gutted still...glass of wine needed now!

Glass of wine? More like a bottle (for medicinal purposes of course) to numb the pain and ease the dented pride!! Good luck with your search - remember - it is a buyers market out there!! :) :)

English presented in a way other than that which u would favour does not necessarily mean foreign or troll. May mean dyslexia or dodgy touch screen phone! Seems strange comment. Op the right horse is out there.

Well said.

I'm sorry you've had yet another disappointment but definitely better to find out now. I always go for multiple viewings these days. It also means that the seller has to tell you the story twice - easier to spot inconsistencies that way.

Personally think best way to deal with mean comments is to ignore them. To engage in debate is a waste of time.

It was like I had viewed two different horses....two different days.

But thank you as usual I have been given some good advice.

Just logged on to see if I have any more kind responses.

I just have got to get this out in the open Mrs D123 I didnt know I needed a degree in English to come on here. I am not a troll or dyslexic(am healthcare professional, am English too...perhaps thats why I have bad writing). You have responded nicely to posts and even pm'd me with some good advice in the past. I dont know what I did to deserve your horrid comments I dont know you(I sincerely hope you are on an island in Scotland far away). I have just been reading Not a novice ride and you seem to have regained your sanity.

I enjoy coming on here and sometimes the language is pretty close to the mark(not me). BUT I had just come back from a viewing that went wrong with me being thrown off and needed some sympathy not a nasty little response and comments on my badly put together English.

Thank goodness most folks on here are normal and enjoying the support of each other.

English is not my first language but may I interject:
- why are you sorry you help the Big Issue seller? Nothing to be sorry about there. What you should be sorry about is your lack of manners.

- I think you will find it's "as am I" not "as I am". Correct use of "as I am": "As I am unable to write correctly myself, I should refrain from commenting on other posts".

- "...in the way it was designed to be used". Please stop 'doing' things to the English language.

- well, at least one of the problems is the lack of punctuation in your post. Are you allergic to full stops?

OP: sorry to hear about your experience, very disappointing, but at least you found out before you bought the horse. A good one will come along soon!
